Last year we talked about the extraordinary journey of chef Nobuyuki 'Nobu' Matsuhisa, the man behind Nobu, and now for a few days the Nobu experience is returning to Mazagan. Overseen by Hervé Courtot, the head chef of The Atlantis Palm Dubai branch, Nobu is one of the most successful restaurant brands around. For a few days you can sample dishes such as the 'crispy rice with spicy tuna', the 'lobster tacos with creamy wasabi', the flagship dish 'sablefish marinated in miso and yuzu juice' and of course saving room for dessert "cheescake strawberry sorbet and yuzu' or the 'tempura green tea ice cream with passion fruit sauce.'
But the big news this year is of course cooking classes! On the 25th and 26th April, 2013, Hervé Courtot himself will teach you the secrets behind this complex and delicious cuisine. From sushi, tempura and other famed Japanese dishes, you can create your own version and enjoy your creations at an exceptional lunch at Sea Salt restaurant at Mazagan.
